Active Birth Centre

The Active Birth Centre was founded by Janet Balaskas in 1986 and is the place where pregnancy yoga was invented. Today it is a centre of excellence for birth preparation, postnatal classes and complementary therapies led by only the most experienced teachers and practitioners. We aim to give you inspiration,  information and support in a unique and custom made environment. Our antenatal courses are the best you will find and the early parenting and postnatal classes continue to support you beyond the birth.  With us you will find the space to relax, focus on what is most important and enjoy the time and attention you and your baby deserve.
