You can benefit from a variety of therapies that I offer, including Structural Integration and Structural Bodywork, Orthopaedic Massage, The Rossiter System and The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Therapy.

All of these therapies have the potential to help you with various problems that you may have, from postural issues to generalised aches and pains, to specific back, neck and shoulder pain and tension, to digestive issues.

For therapy to be successful in the long term, your body needs to be understood as a whole, so I will explore the causes of your condition with you and formulate an eclectic treatment plan to help address imbalances and prevent future problems.  Each treatment will be tailored to your individual needs at that time.
