Wait time
Bedside manner
As soon as I arrived, Doctor Lo Monaco made me feel at ease with his professional, caring manner. He went through all the options very carefully ensuring that I was well informed and had control over my own treatment. I felt confident and quiet clear in the way forward, knowing I have the best care available.
